2nd Meeting & 1st Training in Budapest

2nd meeting of the project was held in Budapest, Hungary between 15th and 16th September 2016. The presentations mainly focused on the collection of the research materials and as well as on the actual states of the first models and on the plans for the interactive learning materials. As the meeting was held together with the mobility of students from Riga, the learners also took part in the meeting and presented their works for the project partners. As part of the training, the students were involved into survey and modeling works of Budapest’s modern timephase, following the instructions of the early versions of the Modeling Tutorials. Learners started their preparations in advance of the training, building Morph models and preparing for the communication in English, the working language of the project. The blended mobility was also continued after the training in Budapest, with regular virtual meetings between the school and the members of the modeling team (EK Association, DLm and Tektum), assuring that the models prepared by the students would achive the best quality, providing a useful working experience for them. The physical mobility took place in Budapest between 14th and 23rd September 2016 and involved important cultural programmes for the learners from site visits to the research area to museum visits. Both the preparation period and the works after the travel to Budapest lasted for 1 month.
